Yes. Appliances that contain refrigerant need proper handling, so tell us what you have when you book.
Do I need to disconnect the appliance?
Water, gas and electrical connections should be shut off and disconnected before the crew arrives. If you are unsure, have a plumber or electrician do it, or ask us what to expect.
Can you haul the old one when the new one arrives?
Yes. If the delivery crew will not take the old appliance, book a pickup for the same day or soon after.
